The Chapter marked the occasion in style by taking guests through the 40 years of the travel industry, and more importantly by honoring one of the Chapter's founding members, Khun Kusa Panyarachun, one of the most respected figures in Thailand's tourism industry. This networking event raised funds for the Kusa Panyarachun Scholarship Fund which helps students studying innovation and tourism related courses in Thailand.
Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside Bangkok presented a cheque towards this fund in recognition of the Chapter's as well as Khun Kusa's contribution towards the growth of tourism in Thailand. The cheque was presented during the event by Ramada Plaza's Managing Director, Dr. Pichai Tangsin.
